Choose one of the following doctors that you would want to head the surgery;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; 45 year old doctor that graduated from college 20 years ago (looks like he’s 80 and hates his job) and has worked in a small town market as a “general doctor”. He treats all the common ailments; colds, cuts, bumps, fevers, etc… and he carries the same bag he always carried that contains; aspirin, bandaids, gauze, throat sticks, mechurachrome, etc…  If his patients get anything worse, he sends them to a specialist.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;b.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; 45 year old doctor that graduated from college 20 years ago (looks like he’s 34 because he works out 4 times a week).  He has traveled and studied all over the world and has worked side by side next to the most respected surgeons in the world in his field.  He is a well renowned author, published in all of the major industry journals, and subject matter expert that is called on regularly by the medical profession.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;My point here is that you need to work at your profession to be considered in the top echelon of Sales Professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;  My advice is to branch out and be a respected authority in your industry.
